progetto casa bifamiliare

d.063A new house project – Bergamo
Concept, study and project of a two-family house developed in a single symmetrical building. The particularity and key point of the project is the contrast between the linearity of the exteriors and the diversity that characterizes the internal environments of the two individual houses. The clean exterior line would suggest the presence of specular interiors, but once you have crossed the entrance you are instead pleasantly surprised by two completely different design concepts. In addition to the peculiarity of the spaces arrangement, the two houses are distinguished also in terms of careful and diversified choice of materials, finishes, internal structural typology. On the other hand, the two houses have in common the choice of developing interior spaces in an airy way; double heights have been used in order to expand the volumes that appear externally compact together with mezzanines, light stairs, curtain walls that touch the ceiling without completely closing the space.
